Volume
Volume measures the amount of three-dimensional space a substance or container occupies. The SI unit of volume is the cubic meter, but liters and milliliters are more common in practice. Volume conversions appear in cooking, chemistry, medicine, fuel measurement, and packaging. This converter includes both US and UK liquid units because gallons and pints are not the same in both systems.
